Programs
The Justice For Jenny Foundation WCSDV (WE CAN STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) Project is an initiative to raise awareness about Domestic Violence through education, support and resources. It is a critical part of our mission to initiate a conversation about this very dire social issue.
We provide a number of resources towards that goal, most of which are FREE. We also sponsor those programs that are not free, if you cannot afford them. Please follow through to the links below to learn more about the specific programs.
Below are some of the programs that fall under the WCSDV Project. We hope to add more to the list as we discover new resources. This year our focus is particularly on finding resources to help our children and teens deal with the world around us. So, please visit this page as well as the ‘resources‘ page often.
- FREE Online Wellness Education from Open Path
- Affordable and/or sponsored Classes from North American Learning Institute (NALI)
- The J4J Foundation Book Club
- The J4J Foundation Online Community Forum
- Support Group on Heylo
- Share Your Story Feature
- The J4J Foundation Safe Cell Program (On need basis due to lack of funding)
- Free Online ESL-Civics Citizenship Education
As always, these programs will be FREE to all those that need it. But we rely on donations to help keep these programs running, and to continue adding initiatives based on need. One program under consideration is a ‘prepaid gift card’ initiative to help those fleeing abuse. More to come on this initiative soon. If you’d like to find out how you can help us in our mission, please visit ‘How Can I Help‘ page of this site.
