Jenny’s Legacy
January 22, 2020, one year ago today, is the date that The Justice For Jenny Foundation, Inc. was officially formed. Today is by no means a day of celebration, but in fact it is a somber day of remembrance and tribute to Jenny, whose legacy is this very foundation.
Jenny is my daughter. She is not here physically, but she will always be my daughter and she will always be with me in my heart. I miss her terribly and think of her every moment. My heart aches and I cry every day missing her so. Mostly I cry from the pain and how much she suffered. it’s just not right. And it physically hurts to think about it.
I am making it my lifelong mission to raise awareness about Domestic Violence in any way that I can. This is not something one person can do. This is a collaborative effort. WE CAN STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. It starts somewhere, at some point in our lives. We just have to find it and stop it before it starts. We can stop it at the source by teaching kindness, respect and love at the very beginning of life.
Today I pay tribute to my daughter. I love you my Jeji.
